Puri's Heritage values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. Puri's Heritage recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We will not rent, give or sell your personally identifiable information to any outside organization for that organization’s own use without your consent. Your data will not be provided to third parties for marketing. We do not store any credit card information

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Returns on the custom garments are not accepted at Puri's Heritage but we work to ensure a perfect fit and satisfaction. We have a 15 days’ return policy only for defective, damaged fabrics which is not likely to be the case as we have high-quality control standards and our fabrics are checked at every step. The first time a customer orders any custom-made product there is a chance that the fit would not be 100% perfect, in that case, our 1st alteration is free. If you note any damages to the outer package/product at the time of delivery itself, please don’t take the delivery of the product & contact us immediately.

We understand your urge and eagerness towards receiving the product. So we at Puris Heritage, use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time. For all the purchases at Puri's Heritage, the order will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost. All the items delivered to you will be provided with an invoice mentioning the product prices including tax and discounts.

Shipping Date of the product is mentioned on every product.

For ready to ship products: our shipping time is 3-8 working days once the order is placed.

For pre-order / made to order products: Shipping time is 10 to 30 working days once the order is placed.

Price Policy

Prices for products are described on our website. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products, and Services may change at our company's discretion. All charges will be notified to you before the transaction is concluded.

All products are built to order. Delivery time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. An indicative time period is approximately 15 days including shipping time. Shipping delays due to courier companies cannot be controlled by Puri's Heritage. If a fabric chosen by you is found to be sold out post-purchase, we will offer you similar options. If the options are not suitable, a refund will be provided for the garment in question (unless clubbed with a promotional offer).
